Who we are
Hiverse (“we”) provides the Hiverse employee platform and operates hiverse.com. This policy explains what we collect on this website and, at a high level, how data is handled inside the platform. Your employer, as the account owner, is the data controller for data inside your company’s hive.
What we collect on this website
When you request a demo we collect the details you submit (name, work email, company, team size, interests and message) so we can reply. We use privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic. We do not run advertising trackers.
Data inside the platform
Each company has its own dedicated database and media repository. Content posted in a hive is owned and controlled by that organization. Access is role-based and configured by the company’s administrators.
Retention
Demo requests are kept as long as needed to follow up and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to info@hiverse.com. For data inside your company’s hive, contact your company’s administrator.
