Scope
These terms govern your use of hiverse.com and, together with your company’s subscription agreement, the Hiverse platform (web, iOS and Android apps and the Admin Panel).
Accounts
Access to a hive is provisioned by your organization’s administrators. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, attempt to access data you are not authorized to see, or interfere with the service. Administrators may moderate, hide or remove content and deactivate accounts in line with company policy.
Content and ownership
Content posted inside a hive belongs to the organization that owns that hive. Hiverse retains all rights to the platform, its software, design and trademarks.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where possible.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page or inside the platform.
